…this is kinda REALLY generic advice sorry DB> and can literally work for any sort of drawing…related…question UH I HAVE NO GREAT TUTORIALS SORRY HOPE IT HELPS THO STILL here’s a 30 min draw I made
more tips:
- use lighting and shading to
cheathelp imply where things are; light is coming in from below and above stall door, lighting up her feet/shins helps imply they’re down there. lighten lines where light falls also. - I’m a cartoon drawing person; if you are too, can use the thickness/darkness of lines to imply how close to the ‘camera’ things are; her feet, clothes, and shoes are farther away, so I’ve lightened the lines, added some garbage thickness to lines on her head/hands which are closer to us.
- backgrounds are a lot of fun and really you should be drawing those before the subject imo but also great for helping to determine where things are in 3D space…c-considering it IS the space your subject is located in I have no idea.
- use references use references especially for geometric shapes REFERENCESSSS
good luck!<3 ok time to for real work
